The daily fill report ranks who needs a delivery, and the forecast is a real computed number, verified in production, not a blank field. When a tank monitor is attached, FillDesk Pro compares the live reading against the forecast and flags the difference, so a stuck gauge or an off-cycle usage change surfaces before it becomes an emergency fill.
A driver app that works with no signal
Rural routes lose service constantly. The FillDesk Pro driver app is a web app your driver adds to their phone's home screen — no App Store, no $99 Apple fee, no approvals. It runs an entire day offline: every meter reading, photo, and signature is captured on the phone and syncs the moment service returns, even after a restart. Pre-trip driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) follow 49 CFR 396.11 and 396.13, and a failed inspection blocks the route until the defect is certified.
