What $149 a year covers
Hosting on a managed database, daily automated backups, and updates to the compliance rules FillDesk Pro enforces — the 49 CFR 396 DVIR logic, the 49 CFR 180.209 cylinder-requalification intervals, and the lien notice and filing windows for the six New England states. It is a flat fee. It does not scale with the number of users, trucks, or customers you add.

What is included — and what is not
Included: everything on the two cards above, with unlimited office and driver users, your data isolated at the database level, and a full export any time. FillDesk Pro is deliberately focused on delivery, forecasting, and compliance for small dealers. It does not currently include advance-purchase or capped-price fuel plans, level monthly even-payment plans, automated fuel-excise tax calculation or excise-return exports, a homeowner web login, or advanced receivables tools such as automated late-fee assessment and end-of-day driver cash totals. If those are central to how you operate, a heavier platform may serve you better — and during a pilot we will tell you honestly if that is the case.

Is there really no monthly fee?
Correct. You pay a one-time license ($999 or $1,499) and a flat $149/year for hosting, backups, and compliance updates. There are no per-user or per-truck fees.
What happens if I stop paying the $149?
Your data is always yours and always exportable to CSV or JSON. The annual fee covers hosting and compliance updates; if you lapse, you keep your exported data.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. The driver app runs on any phone as a web app. There is no per-truck hardware surcharge.
